About Your instructor
Skye's journey with pole dance began when she was a university student, working as a stripper to support herself while pursuing her degree in Sports Therapy. Through trial and error, she discovered her love for slow, buttery flows around the base of the pole and showgirl-style moves on the spin pole. Now, Skye offers pole dance classes at Skye's the Limit in Bournemouth, aiming to foster confidence and empowerment in others.
The goal is to offer pole dances classes in Bournemouth under "Skye's the Limit" to help others find their own confidence and comfortability in themselves, by creating a safe space for people to explore their bodies and femininity. Developing a deeper understanding of yourself is a skill that can be applied to other areas of life.
Embracing one's body can have a profound impact on overall confidence and well-being. Her passion for pole dance is not only about the physical movement, but also about empowerment, self-discovery, and challenging societal norms. Skye conducted her university dissertation on whether pole dance increases women's confidence, and the results showed a significant yes.
Sex Workers
Discount
If you're thinking...why? Let us explain
Skye recognizes the significant challenges faced by sex workers in their daily lives and workplaces. They often encounter unsafe working conditions, exploitation by managers and club owners, unlawful treatment, harassment or violence from clients and difficulties accessing financial services, such as banking, all while facing social isolation and stigma. This is what makes it essential to create a supportive environment that acknowledges their unique struggles.
In light of these challenges, Skye is committed to giving back to our community and making our services more accessible to sex workers who face these difficulties. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space where they can feel valued and supported while participating in something they made popular and that can boost their earning potential.
To achieve this, we are offering a discount specifically for sex workers. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their profession.
We kindly request that only individuals who identify as sex workers take advantage of this discount.
